Finally back to Normal!!!

Sunday, the snow and ice had started to melt and we had been stuck inside for so long. So long that we were getting on each other's nerves! We had to get out! We went to church and had lunch and came back home for naps! It was so nice to come home and relax but oh, so fun to get out!

Monday brought more togetherness with school being cancelled. Jesse hung out with Rob and Will, so Caroline and Jen and I could have a super fun girls day!

Last night Will played his last Basketball game. We didn't win, but we have had a fun season. On to Soccer! We have our first game Sun!

We ended up spending the night at my parents house last night with Jen. It was so fun to spend one last night together and spend a little bit more time with Camden. Caroline had a small breakdown about them leaving. Long distance stinks!

Mom and Dad are on a anniversary/birthday trip out west and it has been so fun to live vicariously through their pictures!

More Snow!!! Will it ever end?

So we are officially over the snow! Like for real! Last night we had to get out of the house! So we coasted over to Mom and Dad's house for dinner and fondue! Yum! We usually do this once a year and it worked out perfectly! Such a yummy snow day treat! 

Since it was still snowing this morning we headed back up to my parents house for lunch and a movie! Ready for this weather to thaw out but we have enjoyed our fun together time!

Still snowed in!

Yesterday we were on Day 3 of being snowed in! We all went sledding all morning at our neighbor's house again and when Rob and Caroline got to cold we headed to Nannie and Papa's to warm up! Jesse and Will stayed and braved the cold, while Nannie made us a big lunch and we warmed up! We passed the time by watching for birds, comparing hot bodies, and holding  Camden. We enjoyed a lazy afternoon!

Today was Day 4 of being snowed in. Day 4! Four long days! We woke up, ate breakfast, mom snuck in a work out, did our required reading minutes,made tie dyed crayons,  and watched a 101 Dalmatians all by 9:15! We need to get out of the house bad!thankfully, tonight our Sunday School helped with Room In The Inn. What a blessing!

Snow Day take two!

Today was day 2 of the snow/ice storm of 2015. Jesse had to head to work So it was just me and the kiddos. So, I had no choice but to put on my snow clothes and head outside with the crew! We spent most of the day outside and even hiked to my parent's house for a little snuggle with Camden! Today was so fun! We are supposed to get a little more snow tonight, so I am sure we will be sledding and playing outside all day tomorrow!

Snow, I mean Ice Day!

So there had been tons of hype this week about a ton of snow that was going to be coming our way... The kids were so excited! Except when we woke up this morning, there was nothing! Just a bunch of ice on the road! All day icy rain fell and soon there was enough to go sledding! So we bundled up and headed to our neighbor's house! The kids had the best time!

Day out with Dad

Today Jesse took the kids to Opryland Hotel to the National Wildlife Turkey Federation to see Uncle Trey and some turkeys! They had so much fun checking out blinds, calls, and all things wildlife. It was a very special day for just the three of them!

Caroline's First Sleepover

On Friday night Caroline had her first big girl sleepover. She invited her friend Jade.  It was all she could talk about for a whole week. When the time finally arrived, she was ecstatic! Caroline is dying for a sister, so anytime we can have a little girl time for her, momma is happy! We had so much fun. We went to eat pizza, played and had dance parties until 11 pm, ate donuts for breakfast, cheered at a basketball game , and finished the day off eating at Chick fil a. I have to say... It was a very successful sleepover!

So happy to have three special Valentines! These little people bring me so much joy daily and I am thankful to have them to love today and everyday!
