Leaving the Hospital and Caroline’s Preschool Program
Today we were discharged from the hospital. Rob received a clean bill of health and he gets to go home with us and we get to keep him forever (in the words of the children)! As soon as we got home, we changed our clothes, ate lunch, and rushed to Caroline’s Preschool graduation. I mean, a post partum momma should not have to watch the slideshow of her child in a cap and gown set to super sappy music. The tears would not stop! I was so proud of her. She sang so well and when they asked her what she wanted to be when she grew up, she said a vet. Of course…sweet sister is crazy about some animals. I cannot believe that she is finished with Kids on the Korner. What a blessing it has been in our lives over the past two years. I am sad to leave…but excited that when Rob is ready for MDO…he has a special place to go!

Caroline’s Spring Program
Today was Caroline’s last Spring program at KOTK. She was a doll. She is quite the performer…I have no clue where she gets it! It was a summer theme and they sung a song about the swimming pool. It was adorable. They also sang sweet songs about Jesus. I am so thankful that KOTK has been so biblically based and the teachers have done such a wonderful job speaking truth and love into Caroline. We are going to miss them terribly next year and I am going to miss watching that little girl perform!

100 days…
Today was 100 day at Will’s school. I have been super excited for this day ever since my Mom used to work with Kindergarteners because they are encouraged to dress like an old man/woman. Will did not necessarily share my enthusiasm. He woke up a little off his game this morning, I accidently took his backpack to school, his ear was slightly hurting, and he did NOT want to wear glasses or flour his hair! Ha! I think he looks pretty stinking cute though! I unfortunately received a call from the school nurse telling me that my little old man had 101.8 temp and right ear pain! Boo. So off we went to the walk in clinic and ended up with an ear infection. Today was not what I expected, but I am so thankful he is on the road to recovery.

“P”
Today was “P” day at KOTK. The kids were supposed to wear their Pajamas. Caroline chose her favorite…Hello Kitty. She even let me put her hair in pigtails! This was huge, as I can count on one hand the number of times sister has let me put her hair in pigtails. They were having pancakes and she took popcorn for her snack!
Caroline and her sweet friend, Audrey. They are both going to be big sisters in May. Audrey is getting a baby brother and we are so excited!!!
Speaking of “P” we went to the Park the other day
It was so nice to enjoy the sunshine!
Will showed off his skills…he can now swing by himself!
Sister was trying her best keep up with big brother!

Coin Collecting and The Pearl Event
Last Friday, Will came home from school asking if he could collect coins. He has a friend, Alex, that collects quarters. Jesse had a collection that his grandmother had given him years ago, so we decided to collect them again for Will. He has been so excited trying to find quarters with the states on the back. My dad has also taken a special interest and brings him home new quarters every night! I cannot believe how big he is getting. He seems so much more mature to me! I love this little man!
Last year, I had the opportunity and the pleasure to attend The Pearl Event. You can read about my experience last year! It was a wonderful event hosted by a wonderful blogger name Sibi Riffer. Sibi is an amazing momma of 6 that has an amazing story and message. I promise it does not disappoint. It would be the perfect girls weekend. It is outside of Atlanta this year and I would love to go! Cherish at Southern Soulmates is giving away two tickets! Go try to win them! You will be blessed if you attend!!!

First Sick Day
Today is Will’s first sick day (while in school). I woke him up this morning and he sounded terrible. Really stuffy and a cough. So, we decided to let him stay home and rest. Caroline had the cold on Thursday and Friday, so I figured that their was no escaping Will catching it! Hoping my little man feels much better and I guess making it all the way to February before taking a sick day is pretty good!
My sick little guy!
Last night we made Nonni a birthday cake. I know she is in Florida, but the kiddos just couldn’t understand that we were not going to celebrate her birthday! So, we made her a cake and sent her a picture and if she gets home soon…she can have piece!!!

It’s a BOY!!! Brand new cousin!
This morning we headed to the hospital to see what our Aunt Rachel and Uncle John’s baby would be. We all placed guesses on the gender and on the weight! Will and Caroline guessed BOY and Jesse and I guessed GIRL. Well, this time the kiddos were right! Baby Stovall #3 is a BOY! He is adorable! Jack and Abby were so excited to tell us and as you can see everyone is so excited! I am bummed because we had to leave shortly after his birth because of Flu visitation restrictions. No children, with the exception of siblings, can visit baby. But I have loved getting pictures and hopefully when they go home we can go love on our new baby! What a blessing he will be to our family!!!
The children waiting on the new baby’s arrival!!!
The girl cousins waiting…
Being goofy in the waiting room!
Rachel had to have a C-section, so John told the children first what the baby was and then Jack and Abby told the family!
Proud Daddy with his new son!
Bebe and her new grandson!
Daddy and the new baby boy!
Can’t wait to hear what his name is!!!
After the hospital, we celebrated our day out of school with a little ice cream! What a fun day!

Will’s First School Program
Today was Will’s first school program. It was a Thanksgiving program and his class dressed up like turkeys! I thought this suited him perfectly! It was such a cute play and they discussed traditions, talked about the First Thanksgiving, and sang songs. Will also had a speaking part and he recited it perfectly! Jesse was out of town for his program, so I videoed and it and Will had watched it a couple of times. He gets such a kick out of seeing himself on TV! After the play, we celebrated at Sweet Cece’s. Another Kindergarten milestone in the books. They are happening TOO FAST!!!
