Jesse was out of town on Valentine’s Day, so we decided to spend Love Day hanging out with some super sweet cousins. We headed to Chick Fil A for a little food and playtime.

Sleep:Getting up a few more times a night to go to the bathroom, but sleeping pretty well.
Best moment this week: Celebrating Valentine’s Day with my little loves and my big love, knowing next year I will have a new little one to love! Going to Will’s Valentine’s Day party.
Movement: I feel the baby all the time now. So sweet!

Milestones: I am past viability! That makes me so happy! Of course, I hope this little one stays in much longer, but so happy to be viable!
We celebrated Valentine’s Day early this year because Jesse was flying on the actual day. The kiddos woke me up with a card and two boxes of candy! Much better than flowers in my estimation.
I made the kiddos pink chocolate chip waffles for breakfast. They were a little unsure..I think the pink weirded them out!
My precious grandfather did not forget Valentine’s Day and he brought me a bouquet of buttercups. They are so pretty!
We made dinner and I made biscuits to go with dinner tonight. I was born and raised in the South and this is the first time I have ever made biscuits! My grandmother gave me her biscuit cutter for one of my wedding presents. It was so precious to me because she used it everyday. I miss her so much, but it was sweet to use it and have a part of her.

We have been just hanging out this weekend because Will has felt slightly under the weather with his ear infection. We did venture out to see our little baby nephew, Chas…Oh, my. He is so delightful. I held him the whole night. It was actually my first time to hold him because of all the stinky sickness that has invaded our house! I loved every minute of it.
We spent the rest of our weekend playing inside building Lego cities and playing with our baby dolls. So glad my boy is feeling better and so happy to see his smile return! He has not been sick in a long while and he was pretty much pitiful!
I was bathing little sister tonight and she wanted to take a bath with her baby. I think baby Chas has gotten her excited. She looked up at me after this picture and said, “I cannot wait until May, I am going to kiss my real baby all the time!” Love that! I am going to kiss our baby all the time too!
Today was 100 day at Will’s school. I have been super excited for this day ever since my Mom used to work with Kindergarteners because they are encouraged to dress like an old man/woman. Will did not necessarily share my enthusiasm. He woke up a little off his game this morning, I accidently took his backpack to school, his ear was slightly hurting, and he did NOT want to wear glasses or flour his hair! Ha! I think he looks pretty stinking cute though! I unfortunately received a call from the school nurse telling me that my little old man had 101.8 temp and right ear pain! Boo. So off we went to the walk in clinic and ended up with an ear infection. Today was not what I expected, but I am so thankful he is on the road to recovery.

Total weight gain/loss: Yikes, I have gained 18 pounds already…got to slow down!

Best moment this week: Today my Mom went to my Dr. appointment with me. I had to take my glucose test…YUCK! But we got an ultrasound and we were able to see our little baby!

Today was “P” day at KOTK. The kids were supposed to wear their Pajamas. Caroline chose her favorite…Hello Kitty. She even let me put her hair in pigtails! This was huge, as I can count on one hand the number of times sister has let me put her hair in pigtails. They were having pancakes and she took popcorn for her snack!
Caroline and her sweet friend, Audrey. They are both going to be big sisters in May. Audrey is getting a baby brother and we are so excited!!!

Last Friday, Will came home from school asking if he could collect coins. He has a friend, Alex, that collects quarters. Jesse had a collection that his grandmother had given him years ago, so we decided to collect them again for Will. He has been so excited trying to find quarters with the states on the back. My dad has also taken a special interest and brings him home new quarters every night! I cannot believe how big he is getting. He seems so much more mature to me! I love this little man!

Sibi is an amazing momma of 6 that has an amazing story and message. I promise it does not disappoint. It would be the perfect girls weekend. Today is Will’s first sick day (while in school). I woke him up this morning and he sounded terrible. Really stuffy and a cough. So, we decided to let him stay home and rest. Caroline had the cold on Thursday and Friday, so I figured that their was no escaping Will catching it! Hoping my little man feels much better and I guess making it all the way to February before taking a sick day is pretty good!

Last night we made Nonni a birthday cake. I know she is in Florida, but the kiddos just couldn’t understand that we were not going to celebrate her birthday! So, we made her a cake and sent her a picture and if she gets home soon…she can have piece!!!
Today is my Mom’s Birthday! She is a lucky duck and spending time with my sister in sunny Florida! I just wanted to make sure and give her a shout out and tell her how much I love her and I hope today has been wonderful! I have only been slightly jealous that you spent it on the beach!

Must also give a little love to my Dad too, who has checked on us daily since Mom and Jesse have been out of town, and even took us out to a yummy lunch yesterday after church!
We woke up this morning to more snow of the ground! The kids were super excited! Since Will was not able to go to school yesterday because of a snow day, his teacher sent a little fun “homework” assignment. She wanted him to predict if the Groundhog would see his shadow and then draw a picture of it. Of course little sister had to join in and make her prediction too! So they both drew their prediction. Will drew the groundhog not seeing his shadow and Caroline drew the groundhog seeing his shadow. We then You Tubed the clip and we were so happy to see that he did not see his shadow!!! Woo hoo! Bring on Spring!
After we had about as much fun as we could stand cooped up at home, we headed to the local jumping place and let the kiddos burn of some energy! What a great Saturday!
