Just like last week, this week started out fast and furious. Monday night we went to VBS and spent the night with some sweet friends.
Somebody played dress up all night. I am not ready for this…she looks like a teenager!!!
We woke up the next morning and decided to go pick blueberries. I am 31, getting closer to 32, years old and I have never picked blueberries. IT. WAS. SO. EASY. It was warm, but those little berries just fall right off and no thorns. That is my kind of picking! Here is a picture of the kiddos picking some blueberries.
These are the same kiddos almost exactly one year ago. Wow, how they have grown!!!
Last night was crazy night at VBS. We don’t have to work to hard to be crazy, but the children wanted to dress up…so we did. I took at kitty cat and slightly creepy mustache man to VBS. They loved dressing up so much they did not want to take their make up off!
Meow!
See what I mean…slightly creepy stache!
And as if we didn’t have enough fun last Monday and then again last Saturday…we landed back at the doctor again today. Little Miss woke up feeling bad, she actually slept in until 11:00 am! That is really unusual, as she is my early riser.Plus, the minute clinic called and ask that we follow up with our Ped for the ear infection from Saturday…so off to the doctor we went. So, we have a virus! Ugh, I hate paying $20 to hear those words, but you can NEVER be to careful. The only good thing that came of our appointment today is that we know that the Right ear tube is still in place. Not good. We have had those babies over 2 1/2 years, which my Dr. informed me was the time frame in which they need to come out. He also informed me that MOST of the time, small children must go back under anesthesia to have them removed because it is extremely painful. So, I pray those bad boys have fallen out by Monday…highly unlikely, but with God all things are possible!
Here is sweet thing…she is getting a little tired of going to the doctor!!!
Feeling much better and sharing her “get well” present from Nonni with her best friend! Nets to catch creatures in the creek!
