Okay, I know all you faithful followers are so tired of signing in and seeing the same old Christmas pictures, so I decided to give you a much needed update! So, here goes...
I decided to give you a top five list of why our life has been so crazy lately.
1. We sold our house January 2nd, moved in January 5th with my parents for what we thought was going to be two weeks:) My poor parents, it is now Feb. 9th, we are still camped out in my childhood room and I am not sure the end is in sight! Just kidding Mom. We are leaving someday, and if you ask my sweet husband it is going to be before March 1st! Yea!
2. Directly related to number one, The new House. It is so very fun and I cannot wait to live in it:) We have been working hard for almost nine months now on restoring my great-great grandfather's 110 year old farmhouse. It has really been quite a job, in which many, many people have put in lots of hardwork. I will post new pictures of the tile and the hardwood stairs later this week. I promise!
3. We have a busy 15 month old, well, he will be 15 months old on Wednesday! I cannot believe he is getting that big. I am amazed, everytime I look at him at the little person he is becoming. Okay, now I have to brag, like any good mom would... he is so smart, he is like a little sponge, absorbing everything (good and bad, must be careful what you say)! He really loves to talk. He can say the standard words like, Mama and Dada, and Hi and Bye, but he also knows words like "Appa Sauce" and "Hot Dawg"(Mickey Mouse Clubhouse) and he babbles constantly. He is walking/running everywhere and he is impossible to keep up with. He is definitely all boy, but still has time to give his mother "sugar kisses", which are sloppy, wet kisses on the mouth(more of a kiss than you want)!! He continues to bring Jesse and me so much joy and we constantly say "our world would be so different withouth him".
4. I am taking two classes towards my Masters. Yes, I am still working on it, after taking a few semesters off to be with Will. They seem very interesting, so I hope they will not require too much of my time!
5. Well, last but certainly not least, I think some of you have heard by now...We ARE HAVING ANOTHER BABY! We are due in August, the 14th to be exact. Big, wonderful surprise. So, there you have it. That is why it is Feb. and I am just now updating the blog. I promise to be better:)
