I wanted to put a few pictures on here from the last few weeks! The first pictures are from Will's cousin Jack's Third Birthday!!! It is so hard to believe that Jack is three! He is growing up so fast and truly is a joy! Will had lots of fun at Jack's parties. The first party was on Jack's actual birthday, September 21st. It was a pizza party at the Stovall's home! Will had such a fun time!

The second pictures are from Jack's Gymnastic party at Harpeth Gymnastics. Will had a fun time and was so glad to be invited to a big boy birthday party.

The last pictures are from the Gentry Farm. Will had a great time with Jesse's side of the family!

Will's Travels

Will has been quite the busy baby this October! He is making up for the fact that he was not here this time last year and is taking advantage of all things that make Fall so wonderful! He has visited to Pumpkin Patches. He went to a local Pumpkin Patch in Spring Hill with his Mommy and his Nonnie(see pics below) and he visited the Gentry Farm with his BeBe and his cousins! Needless, to say we have two pumpkins on our porch to commemorate the experiences! He loves touching the pumpkins and saying "ooh"!
Will also had his first college visit on October 14th!!! Every year my mom(Nonnie) takes my grandparents on a mini excursion, a little road trip to end the summer. My grandfather chose Sewanee,Tn as the destination and Will and I decided to tag along for the ride. We left early, after I taught Sunday School, and headed to Sewanee. We stopped to look at the University of the South and we ate lunch in the cafeteria. Now most of you probably just thought "yuck" school lunch, however, this was definitely yummy and a very fun part of the trip. We decided that if you pay $40,000 a year for an education, the cafeteria must be well funded!!! Will enjoyed it! On the way home, we stopped at a local Flea market and Nannie and Papa insisted on buying Will a rocking horse for his birthday. They just couldn't wait to let him ride it!!! All in all, it was a very fun trip and we enjoyed the company!!!
Will, Nonnie, and Mommy packed up the car on Friday and headed down to the big town of Centerville to Camp NaCoMe. Will attended his first ever Fall Retreat and had a blast. It was a relaxing weekend and the landscape was gorgeous!! Will had lots of fun and was the hit of the Retreat! We just might have to go again next year!

I finally learned how to post videos!!!!

To our faithful blog followers...all two of you... Presenting Will crawling! I know he has crawled for like three months but I am just now learning how to post a video and I am really proud of it. I am so proud, that I might subject you to more videos of milestones and just general everyday things!!! Will is doing great! He is growing like a weed and babbling all the time. His newest trick is in the morning when he gets in bed with us he looks over at Jesse and points and says "Da"! He has been repeating "Da" for months but a few days ago it clicked...Oh, that is "Da"!!! It is so cute seeing those little wheels turn! He is climbing up on objects, standing but then lets go. He is still just a bit unsure of himself. Today, Jesse took him out to our new house and took some pictures of him. They turned out so good and I must say I am going to brag on my husband. He has a knack for taking pictures, he is actually much better than I am and these pictures prove it!! Hope you have a blessed day!

WE MISS DAD!!!

Jesse didn't make it home tonight because his flight was delayed and he was bummed. So, Will and I wanted to cheer him up because we think he is the best DAD in the whole world. We love you and we hope this makes you laugh!!!
Love, Will and Mom

My beautiful sleeping baby

I though I would post a picture of my Will sleeping because as of late, he has turned into a busy little bee. He is crawling everywhere at mock speed and climbing on anything that he thinks might support his weight and some things that won't!!!It is so hard to believe that he is going to be eleven months on Saturday! It is impossible to me that the sweet little man that is so on the move and jibber jabbering constantly, was the same little baby that we were preparing for last year. I look at him often and think...You, sweet little you, were who we were preparing for and we didn't even know your gender or your name, or really anything about you. But the one thing that has remained constant throughout this past year is that we have been in love with him from the moment we knew him!!!

More updates in the Pilkinton Household...We are still tryin to sell our house. We are just trying to be still and put our faith in God. We know he is preparing a perfect buyer for the perfect time! The new (old) house is coming along. Jesse has been working really hard on it on his days off. He has been wonderful through this all to work at his normal job and then on his days off, sacrifice time away from Will and our family to work on the house. I am very proud of him and thankful that he is such a Godly man. I have been really blessed. I am posting some pictures of the house, although it hasn't changed to much since the last post.

I hope everyone is doing well. Be blessed.

My Little Pumpkin

Today, Will and I went to the pumpkin patch to get a pumpkin and to take some festive pictures. Will loved the pumpkins and could hardly focus for me to take a picture!!! I wonder where he gets that! Will is going to be a baby bear for Halloween. He looks so cute in his costume but he hates the hat! I will post pics of the costume soon! He is talking up a storm and is such a joy. It is hard to believe that this time last year he was in my belly and now he is the greates part of our life! Happy Fall!!! May you and your family be blessed during this time.

Here are the house pics! I figured out how to post them!!!

New House and New Wheels!

I can't believe I am posting twice in one day! This will never happen again!!!Today we went to take pictures of our new house, so I thought I would post them. It is coming along. We probably won't make it in at our original projected date, Will's birthday, but hopefully we will celebrate part of the holidays in our new home. I am also posting and picture of Will at his Nonnie's house in his Cozy Coupe! Thanks Aunt Jen Jen. It actually used to be her's and thanks to my Grandfather(who saves everything) Will is now the proud owner!!! Watch out people!!! Will now has wheels!!!
I will post the pics of the house tomorrow. I can't get them to work right now.

A day in the life of Willbear

You may be wondering what life is like with a 10 month old, almost 11 month old. Or maybe you already know. For Will, it goes a little something like this...Wake up at 6am(I know... way too early!!! Give mommy and daddy big smiles, hugs and cuddles, full of energy(pouncing on daddy's head), ready to take on the toys in the living room.

Get bored with my toys after 10 min of playing.Rush over to climb the steps, wait maybe Mom isn't looking this time! Look for mommy. Crawl over to her and pull myself up on her pants. Whine if she doesn't pick me up right away. Get carried around by my mommy for a while - reach at everything I can grasp - her phone, doorknobs, her glass of water. I wonder what all that jabbering she's saying really means? I remember that I know how to say Mama, "Mamamamama" - Mommy smiled and repeated it back to me! We are communicating! I'm such a smart boy....Two hours go by... I'm getting tired and whining constantly. Mommy's cue to put me down for my 2 hr morning nap. I'm out like a light as soon as I have screamed my head off for a few minutes!

Wake up... Lunch time. Into the highchair I go. I fuss because I hate being confined even though it's never gotten me my way. I watch with anticipation as mommy makes my food. Yummmmm. I love to eat, it is my favorite!!! Mommy gives me some cracker to feed myself. I miss about half the time still and it ends up on my bib. The other half of the lunch ends up on the floor for which I will search for while I am crawling later. Lunch is done. Time to play again. Whine a little when mommy sets me down. Maybe she'll play with me instead of clean up from lunch. Whine some more. Yea!!! She's sitting down to play with me... 10 min go by and she turns on the Doodlebops and I'm mesmorized by it for about 5 minutes. Mommy cleans up from lunch. Play some more. Get cranky because I'm tired again. Mommy cues in and lays me down. I'll sleep 1-2 hrs.Wake up. Play some more. Getting bored with my toys.

Mom packs my bag and we are loading up in the car. Yay! I get to go somewhere. I have special toys in the car that I love to play with - a singing octopus and my own set of keys. The octopus is my favorite. We're going to Nonnie and Poppy's house, so Nannie and Papa can watch me until Nonnie and Poppy get home, so Mom can go to work for a couple of hours. I love to go to Nonnie's house! Daddy is home, he picks me up and takes me home and we meet Mom at home! Daddy swings me around a lot and sings songs to me. I am smiling from ear to ear. Look at me mommy! I'm always watching mommy, even from daddy's arms. Time for dinner. Attempt to feed myself again. It's bath time! I love to take a bath. I stand by the tub and shake until Mom lifts me in the water! Mommy washes my hair and body. The water drains out. That was quick! I'm wrapped in my comfy towel and being wisked away to the changing table. I'm crying because I don't want the bath to be over and I hate getting dressed. Mommy lotions me up and gets me changed for bed. I eat my bedtime snack and I am out like a light! Ready for a new day...see you at six Mom and Dad!!!
